For this lesson I will be introducing you to moving your energy, this in of itself will be a valuable skill in your “career” as a energy worker, and you will use it every time you do energy work, so if I were you I would start preparing to get this down to something you can do on command.
Now then, to start off I wish for you to get into a comfortable position and get into a relaxed state, once you have done such, use the last lesson to start feeling you energy as well as you can, preferably have it down to passively already but start this off with meditating still.
Moving on, this will be something odd for you to understand at first, but you need to grab the sensation of energy and will it to move to a different point of your body. If you can not simply will it there are other crutches that you can use to make the situation a lot easier for yourself
One of them is to create a visualization that goes along with the sensation of energy, have energy like liquid gushing through you as you visualize, and then visualize this to all go into one area of your body or move around. If you accomplished it correctly the sensation of energy should start to move with it.
But the above has many drawbacks as in, you will be relying on your imagination to direct your energy, and it also creates a “Glowy like effect” on energy and in the end using more energy than needed.
In this lesson we are going to cover how you will mold energy into shapes or masses of energy for future use in constructs and such to do functions. This will be used in so many different parts of the later units.
To start off with molding energy, for the first few times I wish for you to start up with a classic meditative state, just enough that you are relaxing enough that you have no tenseness on your muscles, etc.
Once you have accomplished such, you will now start off with feeling your energy or a few minutes, be sure to just get your senses to the best you can at that time. Next I want you to start moving your energy around to get the flow going you could say, this will make molding it a lot easier in the end.
Now then, as you have finished that, you are going to start molding it. Concentrate on moving your energy into a shape, any shape will do, but it is preferable to start out with a nice and easy shape, try a circle, easiest from my perspective.
Get use to making a circle at command, once you have done such, you will move onto different shapes. Slowly making them more and more complex, etc.
