This is going to be a relatively short introductory guide to biolocation and is going under the assumption that you are at least moderately competent.

Sensing/Scanning
Optional: Remote Viewing, Astral Projection
Now then I will classify this into short steps, I will not be giving a complicated technique, as this is really not that hard to accomplish.
Step One:
The first step I would suggest doing for the first attempt at doing biolocation, is meditation.
Yes like usual, I expect you to meditate like most other guides. But this time you will specifically do the energy meditation I posted before hand.
Step Two:
This is going to be relatively easy to do, but most people will have a hard time understanding it.
What you should do next is without moving, attempt to lift your pointy finger, as I said, do this without moving, if you manage it you should be able to feel your pointy finger in two different areas at once. The physical location as well as the area you moved it to.
This is the basically what biolocation is, next begin attempting it with bigger parts of your body, arm, leg, etc.
Eventually you should be able to do it with your whole body relatively well.
Step Three:
Of course if you managed the above you should already be able to biolocate fairly well, but moving it like that is rather inefficient IMO. the next concept shouldn’t be hard to do.
Link to a area, (Assuming you are competent and know how to do such a basic concept), and then will your whole body there in a flash. Normally this from my experience is faster than moving it out like above.
